- Great location; situated in the center of Chiang Mai - 20 minutes from the airport and within walking distance to Night Market (7 minutes) and 5 minutes by tuk-tuk to the Old City. Proximate to Shangri-la Hotel Ching Mai.
- Room are clean, comfortable and newly renovated. Room facilities include, flat TV, safe, mini ref, slippers and robes, free tea/coffee/mineral water, free wifi and cosmetics (unfortunately no toothbrush). Note: Hotels manager sends a bag full of goodies (consisting of two boxes of fruit juices, 3 boxes of assorted chocolates, fringles, two boxes of wafer/biscuits, plus small basked of fresh fruits)
- Airport arrival pick up available for free. Return trip is Baht 90 (approx $2.50) per person. Hotel van leaves every hour. Alternative: taxi counter at the lobby of the hotel offers private cars to the airport at Baht 200 ($5.50) for a small car with driver (1 or 2 hours advance booking suggested). You can also rent a car to drive from this counter (rate is Baht 1700 or $47) per whole day.
